Over the years I have dealt with the most simple requests that may take a half hour to solve, to the very complex, sometimes taking months where the administration is involved.
One young man got his business in such a mess that he was in serious debt and involved with the bailiff!

Often, just by knowing the rules and regulations, money can be saved, you can be reassessed and find that you benefit from a reduction, a tax credit, or even a refund.
Taxes are a prime example as if you make simple errors on you tax form you can find yourself with a bill where you need not.
